This sour or “daisy” as it used to be referred is not to be mistaken with the other sour mixes you may find.  We use the citrus peels from limes, lemons and grapefruits to provide a bright, fresh flavor and combine all of it with jalapenos, bell peppers, poblano and serranos for a spicy & vegetal flavor.  We use raw cane sugar as a sweetener and thyme to enhance flavor.

Spice up your evening and mix this with Tequila and Cointreau for a spicy Margarita, add something new to a Bloody Mary, or use it with Whiskey, lemon and egg whites for a spicy Whiskey Sour.  Cheers!

    This bottle was made to order and contains 16 oz. of raw jalepenos, serrano & bell peppers, raw cane sugar, citrus peel, citrus juices, herbs & water

  • Uses

    Use this syrup to enhance almost anything. Chef likes to sweeten his tea with it, but most of you enthusiast might find it most appealing in a fresh margarita or whiskey sour.  Add an egg white to your cocktail for a velvety, creamy mouthfeel, or try it in a rendition of a rum daquiri.  Chef was very pleased with this one & we hope you are as well!
